Sponsorship

Many opportunities exist for sponsorship at various defined levels from $150 to $5,000.  The highest levels include registration of a certain number of players.  All sponsors will be acknowledged in the official program.  Additional forms of acknowledgment are inherent in some categories, as described below.

Levels of sponsorship and donations, tax-deductible to the extent of the law, are as follows:

only one sponsor in first category:

Diamond Sponsor   $5,000. thru  9/1

Exclusive category.  Includes one outing foursome, tee sign, full-page 2-color ad on back cover of Commemorative Journal, prominent signage.

Sponsorship Form

This form is designed so that you can fill it out and then email it to us by pressing the SUBMIT button at the end.  The process uses your email software to compose a compact version of the filled-out form, provided that your computer has a default email program set up.  Your computer may pop up warnings that another process is trying to use your email and a recipient will see your email address.  Please reassure your computer that everything is OK.  In the end, a copy of your message will be left in your email "Sent" file.

In the event that the SUBMIT process fails, we hope that you can still print the form after filling it out and send us the printout along with your check.  (You will probably want a copy for yourself too.)
